VISION AND STRATEGY FOR THE 21ST CENTURY*

M.B. Athreya

Paradigm, 1997, vol. 1, issue 1, 21-26

Abstract: With the liberalisation process begun in 1991, there is a rising prospect of releasing the most potential of a large nation like India. India will not change overnight. But, the cumulative impact of each passing year can be massive. The author feels that the time is opportune for institutions and individuals to have a vision of India in the imminent 21st century, and align a vision for themselves and their businesses. The paper attempts to develop an Indian vision for the next century.
