Abstract:
In this paper the author has highlighted that technology is a vital input for change. It changes the ways in which people understand and use information. It makes a vital impact on relationships, structures, power balances and forms of organisations. Yet the pursuit of economic growth, blindly considered one panacea for all ills society, continues unabated everywhere. This is not good management of technology.
