Abstract:
In Management Education, faculty, development is a neglected area. The boom in management education in the last few years has led to setting up of different kinds of B-schools. The core faculty have to tackle complexities of management education. No precise guidelines exist about the profile of teachers of management schools. The faculty development has to be related to the needs of the individual teacher and those of the institution and industry. The author presents a model for faculty development for management schools.
