Abstract:
Entrepreneurship Development Programmes are perceived as tools for accelerating economic development. They involve substantial investment and need rigorous evaluation for judging their efficiency and effectiveness especially in resource scarced countries. A cogent and logical framework for evaluation is necessary alongwith proper blend of subjective and objective dimensions should be considered while selecting evaluation methods and techniques.
