Abstract: The origin of trade is as old as human race. People started trading goods to meet their daily needs. Slowly money came into picture and the entire scenario was transformed. The 19th and 20th century saw world transformation through industrial revolution. Whole new methods evolved to do business. The turn of 20th century has witnessed a new breed of companies coming up, doing business in a totally new manner. Redefining old models, creation of new markets and doing business at the speed of thought. This age has been termed as Knowledge age.
