Shiri Ahuja, Ravi Shankar and D.K. Banwet

Paradigm, 2004, vol. 8, issue 1, 37-45

Abstract: The paper highlights the issues playing an important role in increasing flexibility of business organizations and the interaction between knowledge management and organizational flexibility. A system dynamics approach is adopted for modeling the linkages and for this purpose a causal loop diagram has been developed. The results provide insight into the interactions of different variables of the system that play important role in deploying knowledge management and help in achieving the organization flexibility.
