Abstract:
This Study consists of a sample of 480 associates of public and private sector in the age range of 20- 55 years. Employee Motivation Schedule was administered to all the subjects individually A 2X4 factorial design was applied to compare the difference of motivational needs of public and private sector associates at different levels.
