Dharm P. S. Bhawuk: Dharm P. S. Bhawuk is Professor of Management and Culture and Community Psychology at Shidler College of Business, University of Hawaii at Manoa, USA. He is also H. Smith Richardson Jr Visiting Fellow at Center for Creative Leadership, USA.
E. S. Srinivas: E. S. Srinivas is Professor in Organizational Behaviour at XLRI Jamshedpur and currently Coordinator, Centre for HRD at XLRI. He has been in teaching, training and consulting since 1985. His areas of interest include organization development (OD), spirituality at work, cross-cultural issues in OB, personal effectiveness, and transformational/charismatic leadership. He received Best Research Paper Award from AIMS and Gold Medal for Best Doctoral Thesis. He has presented his research at several international conferences.
