Abstract:
Bu calismanin amaci, orgutlerde ilkelerin, politikalarin, uygulamalarin kisilerden bagimsiz olmasini ifade eden kurumsallasmanin, nepotizm uzerine etkisini belirlemektir. Arastirma, kesitsel (cross-sectional) tipte tanimlayici olarak tasarlanmistir. Arastirmanin verileri Istanbul ilinde faaliyet gostermekte olan ve randomize olarak secilmis 2 hastanedeki calisanlarindan toplanmistir. Buna gore hastanelerde calisan ve arastirmaya katilmayi kabul eden tum calisanlar arastirma kapsaminda yer almistir. Calisanlardan 299’u arastirmaya katilmayi kabul etmis ve orneklemi olusturmustur. Arastirma sonucunda kurumsallasma duzeyinin nepotizm uzerinde negatif yonde, zayif etkisinin oldugu ve regresyon modelinde %9’luk acikliyiciliga sahip oldugu saptanmistir.
