The author proposes a methodology for designing information systems organization, it is based on theconcept of the two mirrors.Information system – the first mirror – is a reflection of the organization. In addition, it generates newstructures and tools for optimizing the management of organizational relationships. Methodology uses asynthesis of process and target management organization.
