Abstract: In the article, the perspective directions of transportation and processing of Russian oil are analyzed. The author shows advantages of the present state and plans on deliveries of crude and mineral oil through pipelines. The author analyzes the tasks needed to be solved for increasing crude oil processing and mineral oil delivering.
