Abstract: The present article considers international outsourcing as up-to-date form of labor division and cooperation development, as a reflection of economic globalization. International cooperation on the basis of outsourcing currently implies ones of the most dynamic, innovationdriven and complex processes in world economy. That is why the author finds it essential to define the essence of «international outsourcing» and to trace the interpretation of this way of international cooperation in terms of international economic relations' forms.
