The significant attention is paid to results of the German discussion about methods of business valuation. Under the analysis of influence of the risk factors on the business valuation it's considered the specifics of the forming of guaranteed equivalents including methods of the stochastic discounting; it's analyzed the influence of their correlation with expected cash flows on the received statistics. It's showed the particulars and the shortcomings of the CAPM under the valuation of capital.
