Abstract: The instruments of corporate control applied for providing the balance of interests between owners and managers of corporations are considered in the article. The authors refuse from the optimization procedure in the process of corporate control and suggest evaluating the control process dynamically, from the positions of their acceptable results, what is important from the practical point of view.
