Abstract: This article deals with a form of inter-firm cooperative interactions called strategic alliance which should be considered as a special form of hybrid coordination. MV. Smirnov examines some possible approaches to the theory of choice between two alternative forms of management stractures of alliance agreement: formal contact agreement and joint ventures.
