Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of problems of bureaucracy and corruption on the example ofJapan. In work, genesis and essence of amakudary institution are in detail considered, as well as its value for increasing efficiency of activity of bureaucratic mechanism and improving interaction between the State and business is investigated.
