Abstract: This paper examines the informal finances phenomenon as an important sphere of the market economy. Special emphasis was made on investigation of informal financial policy, informal financial management, technologies and instruments of illegal transfer of financial resources. This paper will appeal to scientists, lecturers, postgraduates and specialists interested in current financial problems.
