Abstract: This article examines the interaction between tax and budget policies while considering some achievements and problems related to this area. The author proposes some concrete ways to perfect tax and budget policies. The article outlines a proposal to unite the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Tax Collection for the Russian Federation.
