Abstract: The paper is devoted to a problem of social capital that is considered as one of forms of human capital. It is submitted as a stock of social communications and trust, public organization participation, family and neighbor's mutual aid. The social capital is examined as one of the most important factors of economic behavior of an individual in labor market.
