Abstract: Одной из наиболее актуальных задач на современном этапе экономического развития российских регионов является увеличение темпов положительной инвестиционной динамики. Именно на региональном уровне наиболее отчетливо проявляются такие деформации в структурно-инвестиционной сфере, как отсутствие мотивации к вложению средств в производство основного капитала, крайне низкий уровень и значительная дифференциация инвестиционной активности.One of the most actual problems at the present stage of economic development of the Russian regions is the increase in rates of positive investment dynamics. At regional level such deformations in structurally-investment sphere, as absence of motivation to an investment of means in fixed capital manufacture, the lowest level and considerable differentiation of investment activity are most distinctly shown.
