Abstract: В статье автор показывает, что существует необходимость всестороннего осмысления глубинных процессов, происходящих в социально-экономической сфере города, практики управления этими процессами, а также отношениями и связями между компонентами социальной инфраструктуры города с учетом новых подходов, диктуемых рыночной формой хозяйствования.In article the author shows that there is a necessity of all-round judgment of the deep processes occurring in social and economic sphere of a city, practice of management by these processes, and also relations and communications between components of a social infrastructure of a city taking into account the new approaches dictated by the market form of managing.
