Abstract: В современном демократическом государстве, ведущем социально направленную политику, при определении уровня его экономического развития, его стабильности и устойчивости наряду с другими показателями и в качестве одного из важнейших необходимо рассматривать качество и уровень жизни населения. Нужно иметь ввиду, что качество и уровень жизни по-разному оцениваются на различных уровнях социально-территориальных образований.In the modern democratic state conducting socially directed policy, at definition of level of its economic development, its stability and stability along with other indicators and as one of the major it is necessary to consider quality and a population standard of living. It is necessary to have in view of, that quality and a standard of living are differently estimated at various levels of socially-territorial formations.
