Abstract: Современный консалтинг отличается рядом специфических черт, обусловленных объективным социально-экономическим развитием общества: развитие науки и техники, широкое применение новейших технологий, процессы интеграции и глобализации с одной стороны, а с другой стороны - развитие рыночных отношений и ужесточение конкуренции, возрастание интенсивности нововведений, динамичности внешней среды. Abstract Modern consulting differs a number of the peculiar features caused by objective social and economic development of a society: development of a science and technics, wide application of the newest technologies, integration and globalization processes on the one hand, and on the other hand - development of market relations and competition toughening, increase of intensity of innovations, dynamism of environment.
