Abstract: Статья знакомит с концептуальными подходами к модернизации российской экономики и оценивает возможности использования способности мелких предприятий в реализации стратегию модернизации.Article deals with the conceptual approaches to the modernization of the Russian economy and assesses the possibilities of using the capacity of small enterprises in the catch-up and advanced the modernization strategy.
