Abstract: В статье проведен сравнительный анализ дивидендной политики крупнейших нефтяных компаний России: ОАО «Газпром», ОАО «НК «Рос- нефть», ОАО «ЛУКОЙЛ» и ОАО «Сургутнефтегаз». Представлено содержание дивидендной политики, состав и структура акционерного капитала нефтяных компаний, показатели дивидендной политики в 2010 г., рассчитаны темпы роста чистой прибыли и дивидендов нефтяных компаний в 2006-2010 гг. - на основе чего проведена типология дивидендной политики. Abstract: The article deals with the comparative analysis of the dividend policy of the largest oil companies of Russia: OJSC "Gazprom", OJSC "NK "Rosneft", OJSC "LUKOIL" and OJSC "Surgutneftegas". Presented the content of dividend policy, the composition and structure of the share capital of the oil companies, the dividend policy in 2010, the calculated growth rate of net income and dividends of the oil companies in 2006-2010. On the basis of which the author made a typology of the dividend policy.
