Abstract: Особое значение инвестиционные ресурсы приобретают при моделировании комплексного инвестиционного проекта. С одной стороны, комплекс проектов направлен на самостоятельное генерирование средств для реализации проектов. С другой, недостаток средств может привести к недофинансированию проекта, что повлечет срыв сроков реализации. Поэтому на стадии предынвестиционных исследований необходимо обладать информацией о стоимости реализуемого проекта и объеме средств, направляемых из собственных источников.Investment resources get special value at modelling of the complex investment project. On the one hand, the complex of projects is directed on independent generating of means for realisation of projects. With another, the lack of means can lead to project underfinancing that will entail failure of terms of realisation. Therefore at a stage before investment researches it is necessary to possess the information on cost of the realised project and volume of the means directed from own sources.
