Special features of formation of human capital in the post-industrial economy

Abstract: The paper is devoted to the analysis of institutional interests in postindustrial economy from the point of view of human capital development. Special attention is given to the forms of institutional interests. The author puts forward a classification of institutional interests with regard to priority development of innovative potential. Characteristic features of postindustrial economy connected with formation of new interests of institutional units are identified by the author.
