Organizational model of boosting of strategic activity at the industrial enterprises

Abstract: The article deals nitn one of actual problems of the modern industrial enterprises, connected with increase of creative activity of the personnel. Besides, some features and factors of stimulation of work in innovative sphere are considered, and also some directions of increase of motivation scientifictechnician personnel, considering features of this category of workers, are offered.
