Improvement of funding methods of financial security of regional policy development

Abstract: Research of aspects of funding methods of financial security of regional policy development is presented. The aims and tasks of the Investment Fund of the Russian Federation are investigated. Disadvantages of qualitative and quantitative criteria used for selection of investment projects claiming to get financial support from the government are discussed.
