Special features of competitive and monopolistic relations in the production of local public goods

Abstract: The paper is devoted to the analysis of a correlation between competition and monopoly in the production of local goods. Necessity of organizing production of some local goods by natural monopolization of industry is proved. The author differentiates constant and temporary natural monopolies.
