Abstract: У статті розглянуті основні концептуальні положення рівня життя населення. Описується еволюційний розвиток якісного та кількісного вмісту даного поняття. Запропоновано автором використовувати систему фінансового забезпечення рівня життя населення для задоволення максимальних потреб не тільки індивіда, але й суспільства в цілому.The basic conceptual grounds of standard's living of population were considered in the article. Evolutional development of quality and quantitative maintenance of this concept was described. It is suggested an author to use the system of the financial providing of standard's living of population for satisfaction of maximal needs of not only individual but also society on the whole.
