Abstract: Actual problems of legislative control of tax transactions accounting and audit in Ukraine under the conditions of financial crisis are investigated. Priority directions of their solving with the view of the legislative, methodical and organization problems and taking into consideration tax system reformation and International Financial Reporting Standards introduction are defined.
