Abstract: Article is devoted to analysis of peculiarities and impact of legal regulation on efficiency of the domestic financial market. Specific of mechanism of protection of financial assets holder's rights under transition economy are investigated. Main approaches to increasing efficiency of the legislative adjusting rights of financial market instruments holder's are considered.
