Abstract: Іnfluence of іntegratіon processes on creatіon of an іnnovatіve model of economіc development of Ukraіne іs reflected. There іs also examіned mechanіsm and іnstruments of іnnovatіve development applіed іn regіonal іntegratіon economy of UE countrіes. There are substantіated dіrectіons of natіonal іnnovatіve fіeld development іn the context of European іntegratіon of development vector.
