The improvement of legislative norms of the vehicles owners'' civil liability insurance in Ukraine in accordance with International legislative norms

Abstract: The problems of development of vehicles owners' civil liability insurance in Ukraine which are needed to be decided on the legislative basis are analyzed. The necessity and suggestions about the improvement of the legislative basis of this kind of insurance in our country taking into account the experience and the present day legislative norms of the countries-members of the International insurance system "Green card" are grounded.
