Abstract: This article is devoted to issue of effective application of finance and monetary policies in Ukraine. Taking into account main points of financial and monetary regulation theories, there is estimation of economic policy effectiveness in Ukraine, made in this article on basis of econometric analysis; main controvercies of these instruments application are defined.
