Strategic flexibility management stages of the enterprise

Abstract: The evolution of the development of flexibility are showed. This evolution founded on the way from administrative command system of the management before system of the management with market economy, this revealed the difference the flexibility of production potential of an enterprise from strategic flexibility of an enterprise. With this, the stages of the management of strategic flexibility of an enterprise are showed and characterized. This stages consist of: the complex model of the process of estimate of strategic flexibility of an enterprise with take into consideration weight all they indexes; the comparison of indexes with enterprises competitor; the elaboration of strategic actions and correct of strategic course is provide the fast reaction on the changes and deviations from outside and inside environment for support to competitive ability of an enterprise.
