Abstract: У статті на основі економіко-математичного аналізу, виконаного на матеріалах місцевих бюджетів Вінницької області, досліджено вплив державної міжбюджетної трансфертної політики держави на бюджетні показники органів місцевого самоврядування субрайоного рівня та її наслідки для соціально-економічного розвитку відповідних територій.In the article, the effects of state's inter-budgetary transfer policy on the budgets of subdistrict level local governments and its consequences for territorial social and economic development were studied. The study was carried out with help of economic and mathematic analytic tools applied to data on local budgets of Vinnitsa region
