Abstract: На основе анализа норм Конституции России, федеральных и региональных нормативно-правовых актов в статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы обеспечения реализации экологических прав граждан и их объединений по участию в управлении природопользованием и охраной окружающей среды.Based on the analysis of the norms of the Russian Constitution, Federal and regional normative legal acts of the article deals with current issues of ensuring the implementation of the environmental rights of citizens and their associations to participate in environmental management and environmental protection.
