Abstract: The author of the article shows the potentialities in the research of the firm’s activity of the factor analysis, based on the methods of determined factor analysis, considers the conditions, that made it capable to give exact assessments of factor influences, proves, that they are rarely observed in practice, demonstrates on the examples of the company’s activity under the influences of factors cases, when factor analysis, based on the methods of determined factor analysis, gives assessments, that differs very much from real situation.
