Designing state-private partnership in modernized economy

Abstract: This paper discloses the essence and main forms of public-private partnership; the prospects for public-private partnership in the Russian economy at the stage of its launched modernization are estimated. Positive and negative aspects of public-private partnership implementation in Russian regions are revealed.
