Instability of the socio-economic systems as a factor of their receptivity towards changes

Abstract: The article underlines the phases of the socio-economic systems from stability / instability viewpoint, links the connection between the life phase and the degree of receptivity of the system's towards change. The socio-economic order parameters are offered, and the assessment methods through which instability is conveyed. The suggested methods have been used for solving the problem of assessing the degree of receptivity of the regional economic systems to the currents global crisis and the following modernization process
