Abstract: В статье анализируется действующая система планирования затрат на ведение лесного хозяйства и распределения бюджетного финансирования. Проведен анализ структуры затрат по лесхозам и в целом по Министерству лесного хозяйства. Определены факторы, влияющие на показатели производственно-хозяйственной деятельности. Предлагается методика расчета затрат на ведение лесного хозяйства, доходов и размера бюджетного финансирования.In article the operating system of costs planning on conducting a forestry and distribution of budgetary financing is analyzed. The analysis of structure of expenses on timber enterprises and as a whole on the forestry Ministry is carried out. The factors influencing indicators are defined is industrial-economic activities. The design procedure of expenses for conducting a forestry, incomes and the size of budgetary financing Is offered
