Abstract: В данной статье автор раскрывает основные проблемы развития организаций промышленности строительных материалов. В настоящее время в промышленности строительных материалов реализовано значительное число инвестиционных проектов по модернизации действующих и созданию новых производственных мощностей. В результате существующие мощности значительно превышают потребности внутреннего рынка. Профицит мощностей сформировался и на внешних рынках. В создавшихся условиях требуется кардинальная перестройка экономического механизма функционирования всех предприятий отрасли.In this article an author exposes the basic problems of development of organizations of industry of building materials. Presently in industry of building materials good few of investment projects is realized on modernisation of operating and creation of new production capacities. As a result existent powers exceed the necessities of internal market considerably. Профицит of powers was formed and on foreign markets. Cardinal alteration of economic mechanism of functioning of all enterprises is required in the created terms.
