Abstract: В статье обобщена практика применения комиссионной системы оплаты труда в организациях промышленности: изучены положения локальных нормативных правовых актов, регламентирующих порядок применения комиссионной системы оплаты труда; рассмотрена структура заработной платы работников, занятых реализацией продукции, товаров (работ, услуг); изучен порядок установления нормативов комиссионного вознаграждения и их расчетная база. На основе исследования практики применения комиссионной системы в организациях промышленности выделены ее разновидности, определены условия их выбора. Определены показатели эффективности применения комиссионной системы оплаты труда в организациях промышленности, выявлены особенности и проблемы ее использования.The article introduces a generalized practice of using commission payment system in the industry organizations. There were studied provisions of the local normative legal acts that regulating the use of commission payment system. There was examined the structure of wages of workers engaged in products sales (works, services). There was studied the procedure for establishing standards commission and their calculation base. Based on a study of the practice of using commission payment system in the industry organizations there were highlighted its varieties and defined the conditions for their selection. There were defined performance indicators of using commission payment system in the industry organizations and revealed particularities and problems in using it.
