Abstract: В статье рассмотрены особенности планирования работы промышленности строительных материалов Республики Беларусь. Основой для планирования предлагается принимать прогнозы динамик работы промышленности строительных материалов и отраслей, от которых она не может быть оторвана, строительства и инвестиций непроизводственного назначения. Планирование следует проводить на уровне не только отрасли как системы, но и предприятий как ее элементов. Корректировки прогноза позволяют получить альтернативные планы работы отрасли.The article describes the peculiarities of planning of the building materials industry activity in the Republic of Belarus. We propose to take the forecasts of the dynamics of the building materials industry and the branches from which it can not be separated construction and nonproductive investments as the basis for the planning. The planning should be carried out not only at the level of the branch as the system, but also at the level of the enterprises as its elements. The adjustments to forecast make it possible to obtain alternative plans of the industry activity.
