Abstract: Выполнен анализ создания, правовой охраны и коммерциализации объектов промышленной собственности на территории Республики Беларусь и за рубежом в научно-образовательной сфере в 1992-2014 гг. Проанализирована эффективность применения различных стратегий бизнеса, позволяющих университетам и научным организациям превращать свои интеллектуальные ресурсы в активы. Рассмотрены основные структурные элементы создания в научно-образовательной сфере системы управления интеллектуальной собственностью на отраслевом и корпоративном уровнях. Сделан вывод, что в период становления национальной патентной системы организации Министерства образования заняли лидирующие позиции в стране по созданию, правовой охране и введению в гражданский оборот охраняемых результатов научно-технической деятельности.The analysis of the creation, legal protection and commercialization of industrial property in the Republic of Belarus and abroad in the field of science and education from 1992 till 2014 was conducted. The effectiveness of various business strategies, which allows to turn universities and research organizations their intellectual resources into assets was discussed. The main structural elements of the creation of intellectual property management at the sectoral and corporate levels in the field of science and education were analyzed. It was concluded that the organizations of the Ministry of Education stand the leader in the field of the creation, legal protection and commercialization of the results of scientific and technical activities in the period of formation of the national patent system.
