Abstract: Проведена сравнительная оценка основных подходов формирования инвестиционного и инновационного потенциалов предприятия, определены их основные составляющие, а также факторы, оказывающие влияние на соответствующие компоненты потенциала. Предложена теоретически обоснованная авторская концепция формирования структуры инвестиционно-инновационного потенциала экономической системы, базирующаяся на синтезе комплексного подхода к интерпретации структуры инновационного потенциала, его составных элементов и функционального подхода, характеризующего закономерности инновационного процесса: от начала производства инновационного продукта до определения результативности инвестиционно-инновационной деятельности предприятия. В соответствии с данной концепцией структура инвестиционно-инновационного потенциала, может быть представлена в виде взаимосвязанных и взаимодополняющих его составляющих: ресурсной, факторной и результативной. Ресурсная составляющая исследуемого потенциала является базой его формирования, факторная отражает возможности и наиболее комфортные условия эффективной инвестиционно-инновационной деятельности предприятия. Результативная составляющая выступает целевой характеристикой потенциала и отражает достигнутые конечные результаты использования имеющихся ресурсных возможностей при реально сложившейся совокупности факторов и условий их использования. Практическая значимость предлагаемой концепции инвестиционно-инновационного потенциала заключается в разработке методики оценки существующего и ожидаемого уровня потенциала предприятия с учетом специфических особенностей отрасли, что в итоге позволит прогнозировать приоритетные направления повышения их инвестиционной привлекательности и конкурентоспособностиThe comparative assessment of the main approaches for the formation of investment and innovation potential of the enterprises and identifies its main components and the factors that influence the appropriate components of the potential. Proposed theoretically substantiated the author ’ s conception of forming patterns of investment and innovation potential of the economic system based on the synthesis of an integrated approach to interpretation of the structure of innovative potential and its constituent elements and the functional approach, characterizing the patterns of the innovation process, from the start of production of the innovative product to measure the impact of investment and innovative activity of the enterprise. In accordance with this concept the structure of investment and innovative potential, can be represented as interrelated and complementary parts: the resource, factor and effective. Resource component of the investigated potential is the basis of its formation, factor reflects opportunities and the most comfortable conditions of efficient investment and innovation activity of the enterprise. Effective component is the target characteristic potential and reflects the achieved outcomes of the use of available resource capacities at the existing set of factors and conditions of their use. The practical significance of the proposed concept of investment and innovative potential lies in the development of methods to assess the current and expected level of potential of the enterprise with regard to the specific characteristics of the industry, which will ultimately allow us to predict the priority directions of increase of investment attractiveness and competitiveness
