Человеческий капитал в системе устойчивого развития

Abstract: Устойчивому развитию в XXI веке уделяют большое внимание, однако его достижение все еще кажется достаточно сложной и трудоемкой задачей. Именно поэтому следует более внимательно отнестись к тем составляющим, которые входят в систему устойчивого развития, а именно следует обратить внимание на место человека (человеческого капитала) в этой системе. В статье проведен обзор аналитической литературы, касающейся человеческого капитала и его места в системе устойчивого развития. Автор обращает внимание на то, что человек это центральное звено устойчивого развития. Достичь устойчивого развития можно будет только тогда, когда материальные потребности человека не будут превосходить духовные, когда между этими потребностями образуется некий баланс. Такой баланс можно получить благодаря воспроизводству качественного человеческого капитала, т. е. следует уделить больше внимания уровню образования, здоровья и благосостояния человека, а также его культуре. Культура человека обуславливает его отношение к окружающему миру, поэтому для достижения устойчивого развития человеку необходимо прививать правильную культуру, которая и будет учитывать социальный, экологический и экономический аспекты устойчивого развития.In the XXI century we pay much attention to sustainable development, however, its achievement still seems to be quite complicated and time-consuming. For this reason, these are components of the sustainable development system that should be treated more carefully, and human capital in this system appears to be of great importance. The article presents an analytical review of literature relating to human capital and its place in the system of sustainable development. The author draws attention to the fact that man is a Central element of sustainable development. To achieve sustainable development will be possible only when the material needs of man will not surpass the spiritual, when between these needs formed a balance. This balance can be obtained through the reproduction quality of human capital, i.e. you should pay more attention to the level of education, health and human well-being, as well as its culture. The culture of a person determines his attitude towards the world. Therefore, to achieve sustainable development one must instill the right culture taking into account social, environmental, and economic aspects of sustainable development.
