Актуальные аспекты вовлечения отходов стекла во вторичное пользование

Abstract: В статье поднимается актуальный вопрос использования вторичных материальных ресурсов, в том числе стеклянных отходов. В целях реализации Государственной программы сбора (заготовки) и переработки вторичного сырья в Республике Беларусь на 2009-2015 гг. автором выделены основные направления по совершенствованию существующей системы сбора стеклобоя для обеспечения сырьем сортировочного предприятия и производителей стеклянных изделий. Также в статье актуализируются следующие направления вовлечения отходов стекла во вторичное пользование: внедрение и развитие раздельного сбора; эффективная работа приемных пунктов; информационная и разъяснительная работа; организационная работа по поставкам отходов и вывозу от заготовительных организаций, а также недопущению захоронения отходов субъектами хозяйствования. Сокращение количества образующихся отходов в стекольной промышленности Республики Беларусь может быть достигнуто усовершенствованием технологических процессов, рециклизацией и переработкой стеклоотходов в полезные побочные продукты. При повторной переработке стекла наблюдаются значительно меньшие финансовые и экономические затраты по сравнению с использованием сырьевых ресурсов, что положительным образом сказывается на конечной цене для потребителя.The article raises the question of the actual use of secondary material resources, including glass waste. In order to implement the State Program of collection (harvesting) and processing of secondary raw materials in the Republic of Belarus for 2009-2015, the author highlights the main directions to improve the existing system for the collection of broken glass to provide the raw material sorting company and manufacturer of glass products. The article also updated the following areas involving waste glass into a secondary use: the introduction and development of separate collection; effective operation of reception centers; information and outreach; organizational work for the supply and removal of waste from the procurement organizations, as well as prevent the disposal of economic entities. Reducing the amount of waste generated in the glass industry of the Republic of Belarus can be achieved by improving production processes, and recycling of their processing into useful by-products. Use of waste in recycling for glass requires significantly less funding costs and power consumption compared to using raw materials that have a positive effect on the final price to the consumer.
